Elmfield Training administration and scandal
The company has received £100m of public funding. £60m of that was to train apprentices for one employer; Morrisons.

Morrisons half year profits to August 2013 were £344m. Aren't supermarket employees generally trained 'on the job' and why is the government funding training for such a profitable organisation?

A Newsnight investigation has revealed various malpractices and the owner took £3 million out of the company in the first year of the Morrisons contract.

What a mess.
