What happens when you cut training?
A survey undertaken by training company ESI International has concluded that; 'Businesses risk a return to late, over-running IT projects, following a sharp decline in investment in project- management training.'

It's a pretty obvious conclusion; cause and effect. Project management is a hard skill and if you cut budgets on hard skills there will be consequences later which may eclipse the cost saving.

Still, it won't impact the KPIs of the person who made the cut so that's okay.
